Happyhour Gym was built so that we could bring our kids to work with us. The hours of work for a fitness trainer don't fit in well with bringing up kids, so the best way to fix that was to have our own space. It has worked beautifully for that purpose. Our kids are all accomplished athletes, well rounded students, and adjust easily to almost every situation.
We have, after 6 years, decided to add classes back into our regime. Fitness trends ebb and flow like anything else. Where classes from the 70's, 80's and early 90's morphed into the luxury of personal training, we want to be able to expand back into the class market, giving us the ability to reach more people.
We are true believers in health and wellness, and we believe that people can achieve anything in life, but need to honor the undeniable link between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Happy and Tina Hill have been training clients in the West Hollywood and Beverly Hills areas for 35 and 25 years respectively. We have always run our business on privacy for our expansive industry and celebrity clientele, and have taken clients through referrals only our entire time in business. We have trained actors and actresses for some of the biggest movies and body transforming parts in modern cinema, but respect their privacy at all costs. We do not condone use of steriods or training methods that are questionable with respect to the health and well-being of the client.
Your true health is our first priority.
